The main purpose of the role is to act as a link between our software development capacity and business stakeholders, supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of software application product features. Part of your role is to analyse our customer’s application suite by studying its needs, business model, workflows, and technological systems, making recommendations in technical development projects that will improve business efficiency. Your role will increase team performance and motivation, arguing changes that will ensure quality and time-efficiency.


As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and capturing wider business requirements within specific applications. You will work effectively and individually with technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole, as well as the needs and requirements of clients. You will have to oversee and be ready to take accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work, ensuring plans are made and processes are created, evaluating the impact of the changes made and identifying the processes and information technology required to introduce the recommendations to stakeholders.


The successful Senior Business Analyst will need to have to ability to exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on large-scale applications suite with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.


  • Extensive business analysis experience with a track record of liaising with stakeholders at all levels to capture requirements, acting as a bridge between internal capacity and business objectives
  • Experience of business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification and methodology development
  • Solid understanding and practical experience of the full software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
  • Good knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability and an appetite for taking personal responsibility to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • A systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem-solving
