To support the company in ensuring the financial and management accounting aspects of the Commercial Administration and information requirements is achieved to deliver against the company’s plans and objectives.


  • Assist in the creation and distribution of invoices including analysis of timesheets
  • Supporting the process that ensures clients pay within contractual terms
  • Processing work Orders and Pipeline policing
  • Auditing use of Sales Tools
  • Ensuring strong governance and compliance regarding the production of work orders requiring close alignment to Sales and Service Delivery on behalf of Finance.
  • Working with the Financial Analyst to support the accuracy of data and assist the development of processes/systems that provide reporting on Service Delivery, Finance and Sales, including utilisation, work orders and other KPIs and metrics
  • Working with the Sales Director & Financial Analyst to build out the sales pipeline, reporting, formalisation and expansion of datasets to ensure quality regular reporting and analysis providing meaningful information.


  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Background in financial or accounting experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability of working effectively as part of a team, under pressure of deadlines with a strong team ethic, across departments as well as being a self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skill in local and English languages.
  • Good excel skills to include pivot tables and ability to learn new systems/applications.
  • Previous experience of Oracle Netsuite would be preferable, but not essential.
  • Needs to be meticulous and thorough, with a tenacious attitude to complete tasks and projects.
  • Motivated to be self-sufficient and inquisitive/questioning.
