We are growing quickly and require a Financial Controller who loves putting financial strategy into action.



To support and lead the company in ensuring the financial and management accounting aspects are achieved to deliver against the company’s plans and objectives. We are seeking a Financial Controller reporting into our CFO to support our exciting growth trajectory overseeing all financial operations and ensuring they are aligned with Amdaris’ goals. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing innovative & collaborative culture.



  • Dealing with Operational Day to day accounting
  • Creating and editing Management Accounting Packs to provide to Heads of departments
  • Creating and distilling of Analytics for Senior Leadership Team Packs
  • Running Models and furcating on a continual basis
  • Ability to work with a lot of Data and pull insights quickly
  • KPI’s, Analytics while under pressure
  • Streamline bonus approval process
  • Work with international delivery centres
  • Smart presentation of results
  • Ability to interpret data and display insights
  • Versatile – Ability to be working on multiple projects/tasks
  • Experience in streamlining monthly accounts processes
  • Ability to challenge current practices and initiate new practices to improve efficiency.
  • Experience with cash tracking to assist with working capital requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) and Degree in Finance or related field
  • Able to travel domestically and globally, as needed
  • 3+ years Finance Management experience in a high-tech environment
