WE ARE AMDARIS

Principal Business Analysts within Amdaris take a pioneering role by leading their discipline internally and externally using their deep breadth of knowledge and understanding of the core BA competencies, methods and standards required to ensure delivery excellence. They’re able to consult and influence key client stakeholders and play a key role in the success of Amdaris’ Business Analyst Community by contributing to our Amdaris Way, providing mentorship and guidance and by demonstrating excellence in their work.

THE ROLE

Proactively develops and leads on business analysisstandards and guidelines for Amdaris and our BA Community and is able to identify plan and lead improvement initiatives to contribute to the Amdaris Way by regularly reviewing the methods and standards of how we elicit, define, manage and prioritise requirements.
Is able toinfluence, provides advice and guidance on research methods, data collection, data analysis and the presentation of research findings to key stakeholders and the BA Community.
Leads a team of BAs in one or more engagements. Supports and ensures the level of quality produced by the BA team.
Advises on the selection of feasibility assessment approaches and techniques relevant to the client business, product and options available.
Is able to take an active role in mitigating risks in collaboration with Delivery Leads on one or more client engagements and provide additional support to other AmdarisBAs with their risks.
Engages and collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders. Gains agreement from stakeholders on conclusions and recommendations.
Participates on internal and external events for knowledge sharing related to Business Analysis and is able to develop, review and constructively criticise the Business Analysis techniques and output of others for the greater good of Amdaris.
Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
On large scale multi tech team engagements ensures requirements don’t conflict, there is consistency in system design, dependencies between systems/components are mapped and handled.
Leads exploration of new approaches and sets the standards for data visualization, data modelling and design tools and techniques and shares this with the BA community and Amdaris Way.
