SALES ENABLEMENT TRAINER BRISTOL

We are growing quickly and require a Sales Enablement Trainer to join our Commercial team.
Responsibilities:
- This position reports to our Commercial Director and supports the whole sales function. This person will be responsible to identify gaps, and areas to improve our current state Sales Enablement programs for our sales team. On a regular basis, this person will review, analyze, identify gaps and challenges, then create strategy and execute to improve the overall business. This person will be expected to develop programs for all concerto levels while maintaining a program that is forward thinking and built for the future, not just today.
- Establish and maintain professional credibility using excellent verbal and written communication skills and professionalism
- Effectively review calls coach and review client pitches and presentations.
- Establish and maintain feedback loop with the key stakeholders, learners, and management.
- Facilitate learning using effective presentation, facilitation, coaching, using classroom, on-the-job, self-directed, HowNow LMS, one-on-one, and other delivery methods as needed.
- Provide clarification and effective feedback to learners.
- Be the guardian of high-performance culture
- Conduct Monthly 1:2:1’s with individuals on the sales team
- Ensure that each person have a Personal Development Plan (PDP) they are working to, training to fill the gaps in skills and competencies
- Work closely with peers and Marketing manager, helping to improve, unify, and create consistency in content.
- Manage multiple projects, content, and relationships at once to help sales team deliver more, faster, and more unified.
- Coordinate and run internal Sales technology presentations, SME presentations and role plays
- Comply with established Amdaris way and ensure sales team understand it
- Provide pastoral support for the sales team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Training & Coaching, or equivalent.
- Be confident in holding strategic conversations with managers, directors, and senior leaders.
- Qualification in one sales training methodology SPIN, MEDDIC, Miller Heiman (conceptual selling)
- Meet with different leaders within the business, identify gaps, and confidently make recommendations to improve the business.
- Must have an excellent oral and written communication skills.
