JOB PURPOSE

The main purpose of the role is to identify new potential clients through different research methods, applying various prospecting strategies to aid full market penetration for our software outsourcing solutions on both an end-to-end and modular basis.

 

You will research, seek out and develop business opportunities from all market areas, providing impeccable first impressions and some thought-leadership to prospective clients. Ideally you have worked in client-facing and/or IT-related roles previously.

Key accountabilities

  • Generate leads for yourself and nurture these through to close.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Optimise the sales processes to increase efficiency in closing across a variety of types of leads.
  • Effectively manage customer feedback and communicate to relevant internal parties to contribute further towards continued growth.
  • Analyse markets and establish competitive advantages through a comprehensive understanding of the start-up space, from Pre-seed to Established.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit, driving forward the rapid growth strategy.

  • Experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at executive levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of selling outsourced or complex software solutions to enterprise level accounts – although not necessarily directly related to our core business.

Desirable competencies

  • 3+ years’ experience in SaaS, Tech or B2B Sales.
