With rapid growth in recent years, we are looking for a System Administrator to join our recruitment team in Timisoara. Having an annual growth of over 40% in the last 5 years, this is a key position in the company’s strategy, which will be essential in achieving the growth objectives in the coming years.




The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and efficiency of related infrastructure. You will assist project teams with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases of projects, including the definition of needs, benefits and technical strategy, research & development within the project lifecycle, technical analysis and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions.


As a System Administrator, you will have to install and configure software and hardware systems, managing network servers and technology tools and setting up accounts and workstations. Part of your role will be to monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements, troubleshooting issues and outages and upgrading systems with new releases and models.


The successful System Administrator will have to develop strong expertise to be able to train staff on new technologies and maintain existing technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.




  • Proven experience as a System Administrator
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A flexible approach and ability to adapt
  • Ability to work under own initiative
