The main purpose of the role is to monitor all our projects to ensure timely execution & completion, closely following project development and track that each stage is completed appropriately and within time and budget. A key part of your role is to analyse data and project information to identify better ways to do business as well as new business opportunities, proving meaningful MI and reports to senior management and guiding their decision-making.
As a PMO Analyst, you will work to develop status reports to be delivered to senior management and report on any snags in the project timeline, chasing audit compliance and administering contractual agreements with our clients. You will play an important role in helping managing project manpower and assessing the performance of employees, ensuring an efficient resource allocation across our delivery centers.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques and experience with program coordination and administration
- A background in software project/service management, preferably bespoke solutions
- Good prioritisation skills with the ability to balance key priorities and experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communications skills
