The main purpose of the role is to identify new potential clients through different research methods, applying various lead generation strategies to sell software outsourcing solutions on both an end-to-end and modular basis. You will reach out to European prospects and seek out to develop business opportunities from all markets area, providing first level consultancy to prospective clients.


As a Sales Representative, you will have to proactively reach out to key decision-makers via email and phone, understanding the needs of our customers, building good working relationships, scheduling calls and presentations to sell our software services. In an ideal world, the successful Sales Executive will have a proven record of generating sales leads from European territories in a B2B setup and have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.


  • Proven record of prospecting and reaching out to international customers in a B2B environment
  • Ability to generate own sales leads through various methods
  • Self-starter with an appetite for sales and the ability to work unsupervised within a fast-paced environment
  • As well as having formal sales training, you need to be a polished, well-presented salesperson who can communicate efficiently with individuals at all levels
  • You need to display the following characteristics: confidence, excellent communication, resilience and sector knowledge
  • Must show a desire to be successful and willingness to learn and develop
  • Have a sense of humor and be prepared to have fun
