Andy Rogers and Vlad Nanu have been named ‘Founder/Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the techSPARK SPARKies awards announced on the 10th of December.
This was a highly competitive award with 4 other shortlisted entries whittled down from the many entries received by the judges.
This award shortly follows Amdaris winning ‘Best Scale Up’ in the Tech South West awards and is the companies 4th award so far award this year.
The SPARKies Awards
For the 8th consecutive year, TheSPARKies Awards shines a light on the very best people, products and companies that make up the tech sector in Bristol, Bath and the broader West of England region.
The SPARKies is about community rather than profit, but for it to be a success, it needs the support of sponsors from the local networks, professional services & tech industries who in return get a great amount of brand awareness in the region, especially amongst the tech and SME community.
“These founders have shown significant entrepreneurial spirit as well as commitment, enthusiasm, success and achievement in their careers”.
Vlad Nanu, Co-CEO Amdaris said:
“We are proud of this award and for being recognised by our local tech community. When we started Amdaris 11 years ago we had a dream to deliver exceptional software to our clients. Software is our passion and our pride, we are grateful to be working with such talented people, that is what truly motivates us each morning to aim higher. Our journey has only just begun.”
