He is currently Chair of Sunlight.io, Talmix, Cyan Forensics, and OnApp. He was Chair at platform software provider JHC prior to their sale to global financial technology company FNZ, and was Senior Independent Director at Relayware through their merger with Zift in the US.
Vlad uses his 15+ year expertise in nearshore operations and management to deliver large-scale software programs, driving successful delivery, client satisfaction, and company profitability. Vlad is a passionate woodturner and motorcyclist and enjoys hitting the road to explore new places.
Andy is a keen runner and enjoys traveling the world for pleasure as well as visiting clients, partners and our exceptional delivery centers.
Prior to BGF, Alex spent five years at KPMG in its Corporate Finance team.
He also oversees strategic financial planning and corporate fundraising needed to drive a financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of Amdaris. His career includes time at companies such as Capita, SunGard, IPWireless, and Cramer.
She supports the Co-CEOs and Group Finance Director with the financial management of UK operations and the co-ordination of financial information across all group companies. Previous companies include Serco and Avarto Finance.
Prior to joining Amdaris, Dominic spent over twenty years leading sales and delivery teams at organisations such as IBM, Informatica, and Trillium Software.
His previous experience includes sectors such as peer-to-peer payment, construction and investment management.
He holds a PhD in Physics.
A key area of responsibility is driving delivery excellence across all these engagements ensuring that client needs are at the forefront of everything that Amdaris does. Matt has over 20 years’ experience developing and managing complex, cutting edge IT systems for organisations such as IPL and Civica.
Glyn has held an impressive number of director roles over his career, including Commercial Director, Sales Director, and Operations Director at growing SMEs and Managing Director at Addocura.
Her sector experience includes energy, recruitment and network technology.
He is also responsible for managing and supporting operational business functions including HR, Marketing, Finance. Prior to his 11 years with Amdaris, Peter worked within the charity sector.
Olga joined Amdaris in 2020, starting off as an IT Recruiter before being offered the opportunity to open the Odesa office and become Centre Director.
Vesela is passionate about sustainable social initiatives such as living healthy, improving the lives of people and the wellbeing of the planet.
