Amdaris, a bespoke software development company headquartered in Bristol, today announced the promotion of Dominic Bridgman to Group Commercial Director.

Dominic will be responsible for coaching and leading the sales and customer success teams, and maintaining a high-performance commercial culture. Creating the most valuable solutions possible for their clients will be his main objective.

Mr Bridgman joined the company in 2018 as Sales Director and before joining Amdaris, Dominic spent over twenty years leading sales and delivery teams at organisations such as IBM, Informatica, and Trillium Software.

Ambitious growth plans
Amdaris has grown organically under the leadership of co-founders, Vlad Nanu and Andy Rogers, and is embarking on a significant growth journey. This move is part of the company’s ambitious growth plans aided by the £6M BGF investment received earlier this year. It has been a record year for Amdaris despite the challenges and this marks a step forward in the companies M&A plans.
