Job Summary
We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the company’s technology projects. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with product teams, engineers, and maritime SMEs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, applying best practices in project management and agile delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication and status reporting to stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
• Apply agile and hybrid delivery practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives when appropriate.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partners involved in project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Transition) would be a plus.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to maritime IT, ERP, or regulated industry projects.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
