SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGN ROLE

As a Senior Product Designer, your role involves collaborating with clients to assist them in defining their product offerings and supporting them to achieve their business goals. You will assume the position of their primary designer, overseeing all the tasks involved across the entire product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to conceptualize and design user-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead design initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute to our mission of delivering best-in-class digital experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring exceptional user experience.
  • Capable of influencing the design function at Amdaris.
  • Create user-centric, intuitive, and visually pleasing digital interfaces and interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and clients to define and prioritize design requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience with user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Professional experience in product design
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of effectively communicating design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree educated, or self-initiated alternative (such as personal projects or bootcamps)
  • Have mentored and guided junior designers.
