This July, at the Amdaris office in Chisinau, Moldova, we will be running our first Delivery Lead (DL) Bootcamp. This is an exciting opportunity for Scrum Masters, Project Managers and Delivery Leads to gain new skills and knowledge of Agile Project Delivery and the Amdaris Software Development Lifecycle.
Participants will learn from seven of Amdaris’ best DLs, supported by three of our Portfolio Directors. Over the six-day bootcamp, they’ll gain invaluable insight into our tried-and-tested processes and be taken, step-by-step, through Agile delivery (the Amdaris Way), working with clients, working with a team and risk management.
Over the years, we’ve perfected the ways in which we work and had exceptional client feedback. We know this training will be invaluable for candidates wanting to power up their skills and push their careers to the next level. The DL Bootcamp is the first of it’s kind and places are limited, so interested candidates should sign up today.
The bootcamp runs for six days, starting on July 18th 2022 and finishing on July 30th 2022.
Structure
Learning begins from day one with training and workshops in a hands-on environment. Our mentors will guide participants through the whole journey, offering support whenever they need it.

At the end of the DL Bootcamp every participant will have acquired new skills and knowledge on Agile Project Delivery related to the three main aspects – Team, Client and Project, as well as receiving a certificate of completion.
Requirements
This course is designed for candidates who are either just starting out in their careers or else want to take their skills to the next level. We are predominantly looking for motivated and enthusiastic Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads who have some knowledge of software development. That said, prospective candidates should not be put off applying if they’re not in one of these roles, we always encourage people with energy and a positive attitude to get in touch!
