Our client offers remote journeys with a human touch for UK leading banks operating through brands like HSBC, RBS, NatWest, Ulster Bank, Santander UK and many other service providers. Their vision is to help their clients to shorten the application process duration by reducing the delays caused by the customer’s physical availability or post-delivery time. This way, they are challenging traditional processes and changing the way customers interact with banks.
A versatile software development team
We have supported the client in implementing new journeys, onboarding new clients and enriching the features of existing journeys. Our software team’s focus was mostly on a single product that supports the customers to exchange, verify and e-sign documents remotely in a secure manner, receive immediate feedback and verify their identity in just a few minutes. Our role didn’t stop on the document management journeys, we also contributed to other products which increased the productivity of telephony journeys from the very first call by leveraging an agent-assisted live-sharing solution.
